THE CHALLENGE

Managing an intricate and phased renovation out of town, in a fully operational resort community.

THE SOLUTION

Through our Construction Management program, Deerhurst converted an aged hotel into updated and modern condo suites. Maintaining the resort’s operations, this project was carefully phased with a rotating schedule for each of the 100 suites. CLI set up a local site office and stationed our project team full-time on the property.

THE CONCLUSION

Wallcoverings, hardwood floors, stonework, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, custom lighting, millwork pieces and furniture move management were orchestrated seamlessly, with little disruption to the resort patrons.
