OUR HISTORY
From a 2nd Floor Stairwell
to One of Toronto’s Most
Trusted Renovation Partners
FOUNDED IN 1968
Our story
started small.
Our impact didn’t.
Our three founders (John Whale, Ray Peressini, and John Banich) were key players in the construction of the Toronto Dominion tower at 66 Wellington St in the heart of the Toronto business district.
From inside a makeshift office in a stairwell, John Whale took phone calls while the other two partners provided the labour, completing tenant service requests across all 54 floors.
