THE CHALLENGE
Demolishing and reconstructing while the client remained occupied and operational.
THE SOLUTION
The design included a phased solid hoarding plan due to heightened security requirements. The phases were shortened, however included long lead items and an added open plenum requirement.
CLI expedited construction in each phase, reducing the client’s swing time, so new workstation cubes could be installed and occupied as quickly as possible.
THE CONCLUSION
The construction was completed, incorporating a higher-than-typical number of client-driven changes, while maintaining strict security parameters.
