THE CHALLENGE

Working to complete a raised floor and open plenum within a shortened construction schedule.

CLI had completed the previous landlord Back to Base scope, prior to being awarded the tenant project.

This allowed some infrastructure scope to be completed during the landlord project, saving critical time during the tenant buildout.

Segal’s new office build was completed on time within a short 9-week schedule. The space reflected their traditional firm style with wood-veneered doors, while incorporating modern design features such as an open plenum, glazed office fronts, and mosaic tiling.
